Plan Your Visit
A little preparation makes your evening at Hidden Lakes more enjoyable.
Tickets must be purchased online before arrival. Tickets are not sold on site.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or guest-requested date changes. If Hidden Lakes cancels a show, affected guests may reschedule for another available show.
Arrival & Show Length
Our light show lasts approximately 30 minutes. Arrive 20–30 minutes before your show to park and walk to the viewing area. Entry opens 30 minutes before showtime; please do not arrive earlier.
Parking & Walking
You will be directed where to park and then walk approximately 250–500 feet to the viewing area. Each ticket admits one passenger vehicle, so load up your family and friends. Large buses and limousines are not permitted.
Accessibility & Closer Parking
All paths are unpaved with loose gravel and may be difficult for wheelchairs and walkers. Closer parking shortens the distance but does not provide a paved route. Please display a valid disability parking placard or plate when parking in a reserved accessible-parking space. Guests with a reserved accessible-parking space should turn on their hazard lights when arriving to alert parking staff. Contact us before booking if you have any questions.
Service animals are welcome. Pets are not permitted.
Seating, Snacks & Drinks
Bring your favorite camping chair or picnic blanket unless you have reserved a picnic table or the VIP viewing deck. Reserved picnic tables and the VIP deck each have an 8-foot picnic table seating up to eight people.
Outside snacks and nonalcoholic drinks are welcome.
Restrooms
Standard portable restrooms will be available on site.
Weather Policy
In the unlikely scenario that Hidden Lakes needs to cancel a show because of weather, guests may reschedule for another available show. Rebooking instructions will be provided to affected ticket holders.
